Delivery Policy

Doby Studio Pte Ltd will not bear any responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

• The address given was incorrect.
• No such person at the given address.
• Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
• No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
• Orders made online must be paid in full for delivery to proceed. All prices listed are in Singapore dollars.

Refund Policy

We apologize that we do not accept any refund once payment is made.

Exchange Policy

For any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with the item you bought, you may exchange it within 7 days from the original purchase date for local parcel and 20days for overseas parcel. Merchandise must be returned and received unopened in the original packaging. Merchandise once opened, are considered sold and unrefundable.

Please note that there will not be any refund or reimbursement should the exchange item price be lower than the original item. However, buyer will have to top up should there be any price difference. We would advise you to select something of the same price.

For any exchange, we cannot be held responsible for the item till we receive it. We seek your understanding that we will not be liable for any missing or damaged stocks through post.

Alternatively, you may exchange your item at our office to avoid any lost postage or charges.

Availability

All titles are supplied dependent on availability. If we run out of stock for a particular title, we will inform you accordingly, and provide an estimate of when the title will be dispatched. Please look at our forthcoming page for details on titles not yet published.
